Its good to know that you wish to pursue MBA, its a holistic course which deals with management aspects, the major specialization in MBA are:
Finance.
Marketing.
Human resources.
Operations management.
All the above mentioned fields have good career prospects and offers good growth opportunities.
As you have experience of 1 year in sales, then MBA in marketing would be the good option for you, how ever if you wish to build your career in pharma industry only, in that case you may pursue MBA in pharma as well.
Well jobs depends entirely on your knowledge level and you work experience, most of the freshers start their career at executive level, however as your have 1 year experience so you may get a job as a team leader and assistant manager.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.

2 year full-time MBA
Specialization Option
Marketing, Finance, HRM, International Trade and Operations, Information Technology and Operations Management, and/or a minor in Sustainable Management
Eligibility
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent (10+2+3) in any discipline from an AICTE/UGC/AIU recognized University. The applicants in the program are required to take CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT/ GMAT.
Selection process
Candidates short-listed on the basis of above criterion will be called for Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interview (PI) for final selection. Final selection is on the basis of Test Score, Performance in the GD/PI, Academic Performance, Work Experience etc.
Fees
The total fee for the course is Rs. 6.2 Lakhs (which includes all tuition, Study Abroad Program, study material, lab, and library charges). The Hostel charges are additional. The base fee includes all certificate programs that are offered in the 2 year program. You definitely can opt for EMBA as you have 5 year's of work experience, if in case you meet the other criterion as well, such as percentage criteria which is 50% and above in graduation from a recognized University, also you need to clear the entrance Test i.e CAT, XAT, SNAP etc.with high percentile to get into a good institute. Few of the Institutes which you may consider are: IIMs, Symbiosis, and XLRI etc.

Australia and New Zealand are one of the finest study destination to pursue studies, there are many good universities in these countries which offers undergraduate and graduate degree in various fields.
As as you are pursuing BBA, so it would be always advisable for you to work for 2-3 years after completing this course and then opt for further studies abroad.
If you talk about job oriented course in these countries, then you may opt for courses in hospitality and related fields, as in both of these countries hospitality and tourism are one of the booming sectors.
However please remember no course or universities guarantees job to their students, getting a jobs depend entirely on the knowledge level and calibre of the students.
Moreover getting jobs abroad is very competitive, as you need to compete with the native of that country and than with the remaining international candidates, even the companies prefer the locals first, if they do not get any local desired candidate then they look for international students.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.
