Hi Sumati, there are numerous course available in the country. I would request you to be a bit more specific in framing your query and mention the academic background, nature of the course you are willing to join, interest areas, location, work experience (if any), etc as it will be then easier to guide you in the right direction.

Dear,
Its an advantage you have 5 years experience and an MBA in experienced field too,
the opportunities are more, so why cant you stick on current profile?
But yes satisfaction is the main factor we search in any job, so, if you are not satisfied with current profile then choose your interested field as you mentioned HR, many organizations do recruit HR on the basis of graduation but there will be a fall by salary, designation etc.
while working as HR you can upgrade yourself by an MBA(HR) by 1year E-mba (some universities consider experience in any field)
I wish you very best,
Feel free to reply,
Arun.

Hi Shivani, Commerce is a good and vast stream providing career options. The jobs and courses are more of like business and corporate-ship type based on the market fluctuations.
Commerce with maths is generally considered above commerce without maths, but, don't worry you can also get settled in this area with a little effort and patience.
After your 12th you may opt for courses like BBA, BCA, BHM, B.Com, LLB and many more. You can opt for Law CET after 12 standard. This course will be of 5 years. If you do law course after graduation it will be a 3 years course. In degree you have to face some what maths due to finance and accounts. B
