To crack the exam, the preparation requires the right approach along with the right study materials and strategy. The preparation requires focused study rather than plain hard work.

Dear,
Its an advantage you have 5 years experience and an MBA in experienced field too,
the opportunities are more, so why cant you stick on current profile?
But yes satisfaction is the main factor we search in any job, so, if you are not satisfied with current profile then choose your interested field as you mentioned HR, many organizations do recruit HR on the basis of graduation but there will be a fall by salary, designation etc.
while working as HR you can upgrade yourself by an MBA(HR) by 1year E-mba (some universities consider experience in any field)
I wish you very best,
Feel free to reply,
Arun.
