As per your prior qualification, I would suggest you to go for a course in Corporate Communication/PR.
Corporate Communication / PR is a very good course and has a lot of demand in the professional market. PR requires more of personality and communication skills, one needs to get his or her work done. A PR is basically the face of the organization and is responsible for all the client meetings and getting business for the organization, so one has to be really convincing and of course PR pays "well".

Well keeping in mind your prior qualification, a course in Corporate communication/PR would be good for you. But, keeping in mind your interest towards Video Editing, I would like to help you with the details. Video editing is a nice course but a good job will depend on your caliber, because it is you who needs to apply the knowledge gained during the study of the course.
Also, video editing is a very demanding course and jobs are also available in the market but I would advice you to pursue this course as a full time through regular instead of short term.

Now for job opportunities I would say that if you have enough capital to start your own venture then you can obviously go for it but best will be first to gain some industry experience and knowledge by working as a trainee in a good production house or as an assistant to a good editor .

Hi, MCA is a postgraduate course one can choose to pursue if they have an interest in computer application.
To be eligible, students must pass with 50% in any recognized Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 year's duration in any discipline with Mathematics at 10 + 2 level.
OR
Pass with 50% marks in any recognized Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 year's duration in any discipline with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
Students also need to write an entrance exam as to get admission into the MCA course.
As for game development I would say that it is increasingly been seen as a serious career option. It is one of the most complex parts of software development.
For most diploma courses in gaming 10+2 from a recognized school or board will be enough. But some institutes also take graduates from any discipline. This will vary from institution to institution. There is no set criterion for admission.

Hi Vikram, India holds a UPSC examination every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1)A candidate should have a degree of graduation in any field from any recognized university.
2)A candidate in his final year is also eligible for the civil services exam. (IPS, IFS, IAS)
3)A candidate's age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
To crack the exam, the preparation requires the right approach along with the right study materials and strategy. The preparation requires focused study rather than plain hard work.
