Students who are doing M.Tech are given stipend during the study period. Both these institutions give scholarships also but normally for advertising purpose rather than any meaningful programme. Don't count on it.

There are two options in from of students completing their graduation degree I.e. going for a job or higher studies. You can choose between job and higher studies based on your personal conditions and preferences.

PGDM in Globsyn in affiliated to AICTE. It is not a university for sure, but so are the IIMs, who also give out PGDM degree. The university affiliation is possible if a college is offering MBA and not PGDM. While both are the same, the differences lie in the methodology of teaching. One is like a general management study, following the books and patterns set by the University (MBA) whereas the other changes its courses and study patterns according to the market requirements and changes in the industry (PGDM).

There is no common entrance test for admission in 3 years law degree course after graduation degree. Universities conduct their own entrance examination for admission in law. You may evaluate Delhi University, BHU, Allahabad university etc. to do LLB after graduation degree.
