Sure you may apply for your Engineering. For B.Tech course there is only JEE is common entrance exam in India. If we talk about eligibility as common its only Passed 10 + 2
Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Following: Chemistry/ Biotechnology/Biology/ Computer Science
45% Marks for General
40% Marks for “SC/ST/ Non Creamy Layer OBC/SBCall above info taken for RTU eligiblity criteria.

If you wish to appear for entrance test for admission in masters integrated is not a good choice.
But if you want to continue from same institution without a gap integrated is better as it may save your time and money.

You may apply at HBTI(paint tech), IIT's or Lovely Professional university for related courses in chemical engineering and petroleum engineering.
