Yes ! Suma distance education is good option for people who cannot afford time to visit colleges. Some colleges provide placement support to their Distance Students too, You can also apply for government jobs based on your distance degree unless specified otherwise.SMU and Lovely Professional university are very good option for people seeking true value of their distance degree. You should go for CA directly if you are absolute about your goal.
But B.com is a safer way. You may want to look for colleges that provide coaching for CA along with graduation. DU, BHU, Lovely Professional University are good places to do B.com but To my recent knowledge DU doesn't allows preparation along with B.com so you should cross check about it. Best of Luck !

Harsh ! All the branches provide almost equivalent opportunity to get you placed. Ask yourself what you want to be in future. And decide your branch accordingly. choose what you like to do. Mechanical would be useless for a person having aptitude in Coding and hence useless.
There are two factors you need to be good at Your studies and college you choose must be able to bring company for placement.
Some good options would be IIT, NIT, BITS, Lovely Professional university etc.
Best of luck !
Still confused- Contact a career counselor in you town and find out your aptitude. You can do it for free online if you like.

MTech admission in good colleges is by GATE entrance examination. MTech is a very competitive exam. If your graduation education is not from a good college, your chances of getting a good college for MTech may not be high. Please reevaluate your startergy.

No course is good or bad for a person who has good aptitude and gains true knowledge of the field. therefore i would suggest you to take a course as per your career preferences in future. You may also visit a career counselor.
Whatever course you choose look for a good government college or else best private colleges like KIIT, Lovely professional University, MU, manipal etc.

You can access the scheme of the course on the website of the university or contact them. Generally some best management schools will have mathematics at 2 of 5 level in their curriculum.
