You need the following to apply to an Australian University:
1. Bachelor's degree with good percentage.
2. GMAT Score
3. TOEFL/ IELTS of band 7
4. Work experience of 2 to 3 years depending on the university.
5. Reference letters
6. Personal Statement (optional as few universities ask for it)

You need to take TOEFL/ IELTS band 6 atleast to apply to canada. Other than this, you may be asked to submit SOP or an essay for the BJH degree. Letter of recommendations from your teachers/ professor. Select the universities as per your preference and apply.
Note: I am not sure how much BMM is related to journalism course but you may try credit transfer if any of the courses are common between the two.
