You can pursue B.Pharm course even though you were a non-medical student in your 12 class. Generally the eligibility requirement for B.Pharm courses is you should be having 60% in your 12 with either maths or bio. There is also a requirement for minimum age set by the Pharmacy Council of India. Suggesting you some good colleges -

There are two things you can do -
If you are interested in any of the specialized or technical field you can go for that otherwise you can simply go for BBA and than MBA if you are only interested in a management degree. If you go for a technical course than it will diversify your portfolio and will get you more opportunities than only management degrees. In any of the case your university selection would matter a lot. Suggesting you a few good colleges -

You can't pursue 2 full time courses at a same time. CS is a full time professional course, then you should do B.Com via correspondence. Further, if you want to do regular B.Com, then you can start CS after completing it.

Actually, India is considered as a country with least cost for study at least in government colleges. Aerospace engineering is a specialised branch and I feel that the governmentcolleges in India are the cheapest.

You still have a lot of options available you can go for. Generally the eligibility criteria for engineering programs is set to 60% minimum in your 12 class. I suppose you have below this. You can apply for specific university entrance exams as some has still last date to go. Some universities also offer scholarship for your engineering program based on the score in their exams. Hence don't be disappointed and good luck.
