Public Administration is a better choice since that subject is easy to complete and highly scoring. Moreover, the public administration will also be taught once you clear the examination. There are many other courses apart from engineering and medical.
One of major is the commerce, accountancy, economics and business mathematics.
With these, you can opt for CA (chartered accountant), which is a very profitable course. And, you can do ACS, BA economics etc. These courses also help you in writing bank exams.
And, if you can, you can write the civil service exams after your UG. Civil service exams do not need any specific courses. With any degree, you can write that.

If you are from Science stream, you can pursue B.Tech (if taken Maths), MBBS (if taken Biology), B.Tech in Biotechnology (if taken both).
If you are from commerce, then opt for B.Com etc.
