Getting Job in aviation Sector specially in India is very very difficult. You have to be a expert experienced pilot for getting a job with different ratings. The cost of training and rating are very costly and also you have to clear DGCA exams for CPL.

If you have experience it's well and good as it counts during your Placements. If you don't have experience also that's fine but you need to take up some certification courses as well as you need to be very active in your extra curricular activities which will help you to develop leadership skills. Also, try to get good internship during your summer vacations.

For getting into HR, basic qualification that many organizations are looking is degree in Management with HR certifications.
But I will suggest you to pursue MBA (HR) or PGDM (Post graduate Diploma in HR)
after your graduation for a better HR opportunity.
Please keen in note, if you love to work with people and you don't get frustrated in blames, complaints & worries. Having a positive attitude to make balance between staffs management and ethics, believe you are a good HR person.
