Yes,
The students who don't have Maths or CS are eligible for the BCA, but it is tough to play with this course, because all the subjects and topics you will study here is all far away from the other ones. Well, it is only tough, not impossible. Go for it.

I depends on your long-term plans. If you intend to pursue MBA abroad and return to India, then a student visa in USA should not be a concern. However, if you intend to work & settle overseas, then you should look at countries like Canada and Australia which are more friendly in terms of permanent residency norms.

Yes, it is quite good. The faculty did know the subjects they were teaching. The standard was maintained very well all through the three year course. At times fresh M.Sc students who passed out of the same college were chosen as faculty to teach Bachelor course subjects, which I personally don't feel happy about.

Yes, why not!
Let's make a list of facts related to ECE-
1. Course structure: mainly deals with circuits and communication. Coding knowledge is required.
2. Telecommunication companies and IT companies are main recruiters. So placements are good.
3. Good scope of higher studies through GATE.
4. ESE/IES exam (which covers only 4 streams- civil, mechanical, electrical and ECE)
And if you can crack GATE/ESE, then you'll get handsome amount of money in your hand. After considering all of these, ECE is indeed a good branch to make your career.

Hi, Work experience is the most important requirement for executive chef positions, though a Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or a related hospitality field is recommended; associate's degree programs are another option. Regards.
