You have mentioned only your score but not in which exam. CEE is alright but of what state? Okay. I will try. Normally, with dismal placements of freshers, a huge number of seats are lying vacant in different engineering colleges. Hence if you have scored more than 40% then you have a chance of getting admission in some or the other college.

Yes, you can. Try to clear the levels one by one. I have seen 90% students are not able to clear CA Finals. Keep going from the 1st year of B.Com and grasp the concepts well.
