The minimum eligibility for UPSC civil services exam are:
For appearing in the exam, a degree of graduation in any stream from any university recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) is required. Candidates who have appeared in the qualifying exam and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply, provided they submit the certificate of qualification along with the mark sheet to the UPSC before the main exam.
A candidate applying for IFS exam must possess a Bachelors degree in one of the following: animal husbandry and veterinary science, botany, chemistry, geology, mathematics, physics, statistics and zoology, or a Bachelors degree in agriculture, forestry or engineering from a recognized university.

The field has many specialties including orthopedics, sports, neurology, cardiopulmonary, women's health, geriatric & pediatrics. Physiotherapists practice in many settings, such as outpatient clinics or offices, health and wellness clinics, rehabilitation hospitals, research center, sports training center and many more.

In my opinion, both may be good for b.tech. But regarding all other as suggested above, I am not agree. I have crossed over one and highly impressed as I find it as trying to follow & compete with JAYPEE university & Galgotias univesity in following aspects:
(a) Implementation of modern educational concepts & associated internationally renowned faculty from IITs & abroad.(b) global exposure by signing MOUs with many renowned technical universities/institutions of USA, UK, RUSSIA & Thailand etc.(c) Flexibilities for choosing additional courses over RTU, Kota, Faculty Members, Class, Class timing & peers groups of learning.
In addition to many more like project based learning, digital classroom and high level learning level lab in all department. if possible, before taking any decision, you may visit Anand International College of Engineering, Jaipur.
