NIOS board can help you with this. Contact them and you can learn about the whole procedure. There exams are also easy and the board is eligible for most of the medical colleges.

If you want to go for architecture, then you should pursue B.Arch degree, and if you want to do civil engineering, then you will be required to pursue BE (engineering) and take up civil as specialization from 2nd year of BE. Both have similar opportunities.
