Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:

Overall, in order to pursue masters degree from universities in UK, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.

Life is a long journey full of so many factors influencing it externally for a long long period among which your B.Tech and it's span is a component may be even an important component but never a predominating one if considered in the light of wider spectrum of the meaning of life. Your result of the examination may not be very bright but who can say that you will not become an established Engineer or Entrepreneur in future! You have a very strong plus point ( you can open your problem) -- which is rare among most of the others at your age.
