Both the course you mentioned are two different course and both are offered at different levels, i.e. BCA is a under graduate degree, whereas MBA is a masters degree.
In order to pursue MBA you need to be graduate in any field, with atleast 50% marks.
So you may opt for BCA at undergraduate level and MBA at masters level.

As there is no basic qualification needed for ethical hacking course,
if you are computer/internet savvy then choose any good institutes and go with the course,
