In law one can only succeed if he has deep knowledge and understanding in particular field which can be acquired only if one is interested. so try to choose the subject in which you are interested. Syllabus of Tver Medical Institute and Indian institutes are different as in India it is 4& half year course while in Tver or Russia it is 6 year course. Russian curriculum is more in deep and academic hours are more.

Generally, to join the best B.Tech college, you need to pass plus two in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with 60% .
You also need to appear in engineering entrance exam such as :
-AIEEE (national - level entrance exam)
-JEE (national - level entrance exam)
-SLEEE (state - level entrance exam)
