Generally, to join the best B.Tech college, you need to pass plus two in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with 60% .
You also need to appear in engineering entrance exam such as :
-AIEEE (national - level entrance exam)
-JEE (national - level entrance exam)
-SLEEE (state - level entrance exam)
As you didn't appear in the entrance exam, you may try in private colleges. Contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details.

Selecting an institute entirely depends on your decision as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.
You just need to keep in mind the chief point that is to check the recognition whether the institute is AICTE/UGC approved or not.
Other than this, you also need to check success rate, how old the institute is, course details, faculty, infrastructure, alumni/student feedback, fees, etc.
You may contact the institute officials personally for specific information before joining any institute.
