WASE is better then general MCA, Because it gives you full 4 years Training in Software under IT Giant Wipro. Also from 2009 India has witnessed MCA loosing its charm because of increasing number of IT & Computer engineers. Each year India is producing almost 60,000+ IT and CSE Graduate by which MCA has suffered much.
Beside this you will get a MS degree which is highly valueable degree all over the world and from BITS which is one of the TOP Engineering and Technology Institute of India. If we talk of BITS reputation in India, then after IIT and IISC it BITS.

Although, enhancing your education is always a good idea, but as you already have Engineering and Management degree, both of which are the most popular and in demand degrees I don't see the reason to get any add on to this. You can straight away start your career and the kind of qualification you have you definitely can get a good start anywhere.
However, I would like to add here that package is a very subjective topic and as every individual is different so is his capabilities and capacity to perform so, your salary package would largely depend on your own performance on the program and how well you use the knowledge and skills earned at the time of placement interviews.
