I would suggest you to kindly contact the Shines college directly for regarding admission in PhD details as of now its website is also under construction so it would be difficult for you to get the information . Kindly contact the concern person also i doubt whether Shines college offers Phd program as far as i knw they only offers Bachelors and Masters program.
