Switzerland is a costly place so living expenses are higher on an average Living expenses are:- between CHF 19,000.- and 29,000.(Rs.8-12 Lacs)- per year (depending on the location of the university and personal demands)

Hi Sunny,
I would suggest you to kindly contact the Shines college directly for regarding admission in PhD details as of now its website is also under construction so it would be difficult for you to get the information . Kindly contact the concern person also i doubt whether Shines college offers Phd program as far as i knw they only offers Bachelors and Masters program.

You can look for Masters in IT from the following Universities:- University of Applied Sciences Esslingen, University of Siegen, RWTH Aachen University, Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences, University of Duisburg-Essen etc. Masters degree is 2 year duration in Germany. You need to pass German language test with good IELTS score. As of now Computer science and Electronics are hot favorites. Some few year back Civil Engineering had less scope but now no one imagined that civil engineers will churn out so much of money and jobs
so in short no one knows. Its better to go for your interest instead of asking which will be better after 4 years. If you top your class then no doubt even if you are from the worst branch you will be placed well equal to the top stream. So it depends how you study.
