I read your comments that you have posted in the other answer posted and i would like to clarify those points first:
1) It is not true that people with scores above 1450 do not get admission in top universities. People with GRE scores like 1250 have also made it to top universities. Admission is always given on the basis of the whole profile of the applicant and not GRE.

Since you are interested in IAS, i would like to say that their are two stages that you need to clear- preliminary exam and main exam. In order to prepare for IAS the minimum requirement is graduation from a recognized university and the age group is 21-30yrs and there is no restriction the only thing that is necessary is graduation. For your preparation i would suggest you to first join a good coaching center so that you have the relevant study material to start your preparation. AICTE is a governing body which regulate the courses and not the colleges/ universities.Not all institutes offer MCA approved by AICTE , but if the University is approved by the UGC and the college is recognized you do not have to worry for your future. You will be eligible to apply in both the Private and the public sector, as your education and performance are the most defining aspects.

Institutes own admission interview is conducted for MCA, i.e. there is no such Entrance exam conducted by the institute for this program. The minimum eligibility required to pursue this course is Graduates in the field of Computer Applications or Computer Science.
