First of all, you have excellent scores specifically your CGPA. It is rare to have a 9.6 CGPA which enhances your chances of getting into the best and i mean THE BEST.

At the beggining of the preparation opt for a good coaching centre like Rau's in Delhi. Since you are in job it is understood that you won't be able to join their 4 months course. If possible join it for 4 months. If not then procure the study material and keep giving mock tests for evaluating your studies. You need to read a lot of books pertaining to your subject. Also improve your knowledge of the current affairs. Read the newspaper "The Hindu" regularly. Mark you the information of importance. Try to keep the important cuttings of them. And above all develop faith in your abilities and have confidence.
