Depending on the sector of hospitality there are different fields in which you can progress. In Travel & Tourism too there are various options for you. Do your research in the field, come to a decision on the sector (Ticketing/Hotel/Travel etc etc) and then come up with a course beneficent for it.

You needn't leave your present job you can go for Executive MBA from leading institutes like IIMs, SP JAIN, NARSIMONJEE, XLRI and many more you can request your present employer for sabbatical to take up the course from a reputed institute.

Although, the scope of the program is good as their is a surge of new private colleges and universities here but the Institutes providing an MBA in Education Management are very few, as it is relatively a new field in India. Few of the Institutes which you may check for this degree are IGNOU, Banaras Hindu University and Alagappa University.
