Since you are interested in UPSC, i would like to say that their are two stages that you need to clear- preliminary exam and main exam. In order to prepare for UPSC the minimum requirement is graduation from a recognized university and the age group is 21-30yrs. hello Subhamoy.yes its correct that electrical and mechanical are the best and evergreen branches but think on it u love computer science then how difficult it would be for u to make up ur mind to switching ur interest.i mean if u love comp sci and if u r good at it then surely go on for comp sci. dont think about the availability of jobs in future why dont u take it positively that in future u can start ur own software or hardware business.also what the point in doing those things which u dont like cause toady or tomorow u will feel what the hell i have done with my life it could have been better with going with comp sci.look into fut

The best time to apply for SAT would be right now as admission for Sep 2011 have already begun and will end sometime in March/April depending from university to university.
Regarding the procedure, what kind of details are you seeking? Are you seeking details of the online application procedure or some other procedure?
