Well there is no such specific subject that is taught. Journalism as a career is very challenging and requires a lot of hard work and patience. The main objective of a journalist is to give relevant news and educate the mass population about what all is happening around them. To become a good journalist you need to have a good command over English, Hindi and your regional language. It might take upto four months for the result to be declared. Since the university is one of the reputed ones, it receives a lot of applications. As a result it can take a long time for them to short list the students.
Till then I would request you to start with the German language course, as it will help you gain part time employments.
Hope this helps.
