Well the choice of course totally depends in your hand and as for the institutes, both of them are good. Though I went through the course details of MAP and it sounded very interesting, you will get a great exposure because it is being jointly offered by a few universities. Additionally you will get great amount of knowledge because the course is jointly offered by a few departments.

This college is not the best but is definitely one of the best colleges in US for computer related program. Infact, the university comes under the top 20 universities in US for computer related programs.

Cornell Institute of Business & Technology is an NZQA approved private tertiary education provider in Auckland & it is very popular among Indian students. Cornell's IT courses also include industry professional certifications such as CompTia, MCITP etc. It would be unfair to declare any college as best college in Auckland/NZ. I suggest you to check the course content of different institutes or seek the guidance of a New Zealand Government IAA licensed Adviser.
