You can sit for CPT (which is the first stage in CA) just after completing your 10th you don't have to wait till the completion of 12th.

To start your career in film making it is necessary for you to gain knowledge about the basic aspects of film making such as Direction, Cinematography,Camera angles, market demand as in what type of films or T.V. shows are in, etc. So I would suggest you join some course related to Film making and direction so that you gain the relevant knowledge. If you want to take up IT as your UG subject then its just a plain computer science or IT course that you have to go for. Although, the opinion on this may vary from person to person but I feel that after getting an MBA degree in hand you should not require any other degree to get a Job, provided you are doing a full time MBA from a decent B-School. If you are a fresher and doing your degree through correspondence you may require some add on qualification to get a good Job opportunities. In such a case I would suggest you to go for CA as you already have one Masters Degree that too with Finance as a specialization so I dont see any reason to do M.Com degree.
