Although, EIILM University is UGC approved university but advisable would be that you should not opt for a single sitting degree as this degree doesnt hold much value even if it is done through a UGC recognized Institution.

Hi Chayal, first of all you will have to apply. The application will have to be sent through UCAS and this will allow you to apply to 4 more universities other than Oxford or Cambridge. This will cost you GBP 21. Then if you are shortlisted you might to appear for an exam and an interview. Since you have not specified which subject you want to study so am helpless in telling you whether you need to sit for th exam or not. For the interview you will have to go to the UK. Hi Keshav,
As per the information available, BCA is offered by Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies & Research.
The eligibility for the course is XII pass from any stream OR government diploma in Engineering and Technology with minimum 50% marks (For SC/ST: 45%) and the admission process includes steps:
Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET),
Group Exercise and Personal Interview
As for the fee structure is concerned, this is about 70,000 per year . There is no such Diploma offered in the related field.

I prefer you write a letter to the concerned department for admissions in Madras University stating that you preferred french as your first language that you wanted to change into tamil. If they accept it then you can go ahead with Tamil.

HI Chayal, to get admission in Cambridge or Oxford University you need a very high percentage. It also greatly depends on which course you are applying for. From your previous questions it looks like you intend to go for graduation. To go for graduation you will have to select only one from the two as there is no provision to apply for both Cambridge nad Oxford. The application is sent through UCAS, and they allow to apply to only one either CAmbridge or Oxford. The last date of filling the application is 15 oct of the preceding year.
