Hi Shaizeen,
First of all I would like to upraise you that EIILM does not have a B.Com degree, it provides BBA. EIILM University is UGC approved university.
However, as shiksha is an education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance it would not be fair on my part to give my personal opinion about a particular University.
I would like to add here that you should not opt for a single sitting degree as this degree doesnt hold much value even if it is done through a UGC recognized Institution.

Well Mass Comm has a lot of scope in the Media world and as a subject is very challenging and requires a lot of talent, dedication and hard work. For the purpose of getting in the technical aspect of Cyber forensics or security, you may opt for the courses related to Network/ Cyber Security, but of you are keen to pursue a career in Law, there are mainly short courses - diploma based - in cyber law.
