BCA is a job oriented degree course and you can go for job immediately after BCA in small and medium size IT companies. Unfortunately, Indian IT industry does not prefer BCA for entry level developer and tester role. You may get junior developer or application support jobs. If there are no personal conditions, you are advised to complete MCA before seeking a job in an IT industry.
The general eligibility criteria to be eligible for applying for BCA course is 10+2 from a recognised board of education or equivalent, with minimum of 50% marks in total and also, having mathematics as subject in the qualifying examination. Some colleges such as IGNOU allow non maths students to seek admission in BCA.
Syllabus of BCA includes introduction to programming, programming languages such as C+ and Java, Computer hardware basics, Database Management Systems, Computer Networks, Software Engineering, Mobile Computing, E-Commerce and ERP, Network Security and exposure to Dot NET.

Career after BBA+MBA is very demanding and an MBA after your BBA increases your studying and brings you to a greater leadership stage. Very few schools give a fresh strategy to this course in India.
