Continue your B.Tech programme, it will be better. Also, please elaborate your query so that I can clear your doubt easily. B.Tech have more scope in job compare to Diploma people firstly do Diploma then enters in a B.Tech. They do Diploma because of some reason like financial issues, lack of marks in entrance exam etc. You have enrolled in biotechnology programme so continue with it. You don't need to choose for Diploma. I advice you to go for M.Tech when your B.Tech was complete.
Best of luck.

If some college is calling you without any exam, GD and PI, then it is understood that they don't have students to fill their seats, so they are asking students to directly come and take admission in their college.

NIFT is best for any design courses. They provide both Master's and Bachelors courses the form is out in Nov - Dec. Pearl Academy is also providing Bachelor's as well as Master's courses and admission process has started. Kindly checkout the website of Pearl Acadmey
NID is also good but they provide only Bachelors courses and the form is available on nearly the month of November, I think.
