Definitely your percentage is a concern, but then you can still think of heading for further education without losing confidence.
The choice of the course should mainly depend on your area of interest and also the eligibility as for most of the regular courses the minimum percentage requirement is 50% or above.
Being from a commerce stream, you can opt for the BCA, BBA, Animation kind of courses depending on the requirement of the University where in you plan to apply

MAPS accept MAT/XAT/CAT scores. And the best thing about the selection procedure is that MAPS focuses a lot on your extra-curricular activities too. So, in case you have a low score, you still have a fair chance of getting through if you have a good extra curricular record.
I am, myself an MBA student at MAPS and I must say I've had a very enriching experience so far.
