To get into a graduation program you need to complete your Higher Secondary i.e. 12th once you have completed your 12th you can sit for graduation. You can first complete your 12th through NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) and then plan your graduation through IGNOU or any other Open University. Simultaneously you can look for a diploma course which you can do on the basis of your 12th so that when you complete your graduation you can apply to various banks.

* A candidate should have a degree of graduation in any field from any recognized university.
* A candidate in his final year is also eligible for the civil services exam.
* A candidate's age must be between 21 to 30 years.
