Hi,
In order to be eligible for MS program in USA, you have to give 2 tests i.e. GRE and TOEFL. You would be required to score atleast 1100 in the GRE and 90+ in the TOEFL if you want to make it to decent universities.
Regarding the procedure to apply, you shall be applying online and paying the application fees online itself through credit card. You would be mailing your supporting documents(transcripts, etc) to the university through courier.

Hi, if you want pursue Mass Comm from India then their is not need to give any sort of TOEFL, you only have to give the entrance exams conducted by the institutes.

Durham University is 3rd oldest university in England, after Oxford and Cambridge, and a leading European centre of learning for 1,000 years. Its safe and good for studies if you are planning your studies there then i would say its the good option however admission are not so easy you need to have good honours degree must be above 65% in graduation also international students are required to give IELTS or TOEFL score. Yes, BCA students can pursue B.ed if they desire although there aren't any subjects of teaching available in BCA but they can go for TGT in Computers.
