In order to be eligible for MS program in USA, you have to give 2 tests i.e. GRE and TOEFL. You would be required to score atleast 1100 in the GRE and 90+ in the TOEFL if you want to make it to decent universities.
Regarding the procedure to apply, you shall be applying online and paying the application fees online itself through credit card. You would be mailing your supporting documents(transcripts, etc) to the university through courier.
