No, incase you want to get job on the basis of your B.Tech (IT) knowledge then I don't think that you would be able to get job unless you clear all your papers. However, if you are desparate to get job then you can do so on the basis of your practical knowledge of the subject without declaring that you are yet to clear B.Tech papers. Alternatively you can mention inyour Biodata that your B.Tech education is continued but due to some requirment you need the job. Good luck.

MBA is a Management program which gives you a Masters level degree, generally the duration of this program is 2 years if you are doing a full time program. In the second year of this program you opt for a specialisation and in last 6 months or 3 months in some cases you go for your internship in the area of your specialisation.
Whereas, PhD is a program which gives you a doctoral level degree, and can generally be done after Masters level program.
