Germany is very much known for its technological advancements, especially Automobile and mechanical. Few good universities that you can look for are
Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen,
RWTH Aachen University,
Esslingen University of Applied Sciences,

For MMS, as it is a Mumbai University programme the admission procedure starts after the results of MH-CET are declared.
For PGDM, Tentatively the sale of forms starts from last week of January and are available till first week of March. For further details keep a track of the college website.
