Procedure to change college :
Usually migration is permitted on a case to case basis within the university itself in the second year. However, migration across institutes after the second year will not be permitted. However, do check with your current college on the guidelines.

There is no specific section of entrance exam on which the institution will give more weightage. Shortlisting will be based on the basis of CAT 2015/ATMA (2016)/CMAT (2016) overall scores after which Writing Ability Test and Personal Interview will be taken during April 2016.Cutoff for this year ( 2015 - 2017 batch) is 73 percentile for both CAT (2014) and ATMA (March 2015 exam) while for CMAT ( February 2015) the cutoff was score of 181 and above.

Hey.MBA finance and MBA FM belongs to two different deaneries. Yes the placements are separately done for both.
And no, there is no beauty parlour inside the campus. If you get admitted to the main campus, its the heart of the city, so you can find many parlours outside the campus. For kengeri campus, it becomes a little difficult as you have to travel a little to find one.
