There are few things which need to be consider before joining a course from any Institute:
1. Are you getting a PGD or MBA Degree? Although, they are considered equivalent but technically both are different and MBA have more value than any PGD.
2. Is your university recognized? UGC, DEB and AIU are basic recognition required.

Hi Sabari,
You can work on your own as tax practitioner. You can do a diploma in tax management for more detail tax study. There are some areas where there are no need for any professional qualification like individual tax return. The Diploma in taxation laws (DTL) can be done from Law college, Pune or you can do a diploma in tax management (DTM) from Welingkar Institute of Management, Matunga, Mumbai.

Its better if you get experience there in germany. Do not opt for pay but rather, do PhD and you will get more fundings then pay and come back to India to start up your own research lab, company or faculty position in Indian university.
