Software is a great career path for those who are keen to pursue a career in fields related to coding and software development.
Database involves the activity of managing Data of large volumes and is better for those are keen to pursue a career in IT but not in development.

Although, every University/ Institute has a different admission procedure and rules & regulations but after completing a year in one B-School it will be difficult to get admission in another B-School as in India the option of transfer from one B-School to another is not easily available.
However, you can try with some of the private institutes, but for this you need to first talk to your own institute that whether or not they are ready to relieve you and give transfer certificate and secondly with the Institute from where you want to complete your MBA.

There are many institutes in India offering BCA course but there is no set pattern to rank these institutes, instead you may opt for the course on the basis of its University's approval and the recognition of the University.
