Although, there are many options available for B.Com students like CA, CWA, CFA, CS etc. but the most important thing which you should keep in mind is your own interests and career aspiration as you would be able to excel in the field you have passion for.
Apart from these certifications you can also opt for Masters level programmes like MBA, MFA, and Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance etc.

IRS i.e. Indian Revenue Services is one of the services offered by the Govt. of India and to get in the same, one requires to qualify an exam conducted by UPSC.

positivies : economy doing well, back door entry to UK, European Country so easy access to other EU countries as well.
Negatives : may not get exposure as good as in other countries. Indian market still not very confident of Irish education. Living expenses are comparatively higher.
DBS is the most popular destination in Ireland for fresher MBA for Indians. You will find lots of Indians there. Hence, a proper interaction and a variety and a good mix that is required in an MBA class may not be available.
Its always better to opt for Universities to colleges or institutes if one is able to afford the expenses.

There are not many Institutes in India providing online Education. However, few of the institutes which do have the facility of online Examination and assignment submission are, Symbiosis, NIIT imperia, SMU etc.

Well both Hotel management and Law are good career options and have a bright scope for the deserving candidates. Opting for either of the two will entirely depend on your personal preference and career interests which can not be assumed or advised by any one but you yourself.
