Hi mehak,
With a good percentage in 10th you can take up medicine in 11th i.e. PCM and Biology. The field eligible you to pursue not just MBBS but other several career options too like Pharmacy, Dental, Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, radiology, clinical research, life sciences, food technology, nutrition etc.
It will depend on your interest and your eligibility after your 12th as to what you decide to pursue ahead.

You can go for few courses like B.tech, B.Arch,B.Sc. or even you can try the courses with NAVY and Airforce also or you can even go for commerce courses like BBA, B.COm or computer courses like BCA and much more. To pursue SAP there is no constraint over the eligibility criteria but then it is advised to be a graduate and if possible with some work experience as it helps in proper understanding of the SAP curriculum.

Both Marketing and HR offers bright career path in their own stride.
Marketing process is wide process which includes research, development of products, pricing of the product, promoting the product (through advertisements) & Selling and delivering the product into the hands of the customer.
