To secure entry in IAS, the minimum eligibility is to be a graduate degree from a recognized University. One year bachelors/ Single sitting are not the recognized mode of studying a graduate degree as the minimum duration to attain a degree is of 3 years.
Hence I would suggest you to pursue a proper and a valid graduate degree program and based on which later you shall be eligible for the IAS exam.
As for the coaching is concerned, even though you have time to prepare, there are several institutes in India offering these courses and to know about the same you may refer to the following link:

Although, you need to have a recognized graduate degree to sit for IAS & Bank PO Examinations but as IAS is a tough Examination I would suggest you to start your preparation well in advance. To prepare for Civil Service Examination you need to keep yourself updated on current affairs (read News papers, watch news channels) & work on your language skills (read novels). You should also work on your own core subjects as you need to opt for an optional subject in mains which can be from your own stream.
