To prepare for NATA go through your 10-12th Physics, chemistry, Maths textbooks once again, also try a few drawing manuals. General aptitude and knowledge about buildings and materials would be helpful. A lot of live sketching, memorized sketching (mind mapping) will help.

It is possible. Before starting you should have primary knowledge of computer hardware, basic knowledge of different topology through which computers are connected. you should know network Fundamentals like LAN, MAN, WAN. Have a primary idea on OSI layered architecture. Basic IP addressing scheme. It is not verify difficult. Collect a book on computer networking. Go through. Then, go for CCNA. I think if you have that sort keenness and you are sincere enough you must be succeeded.
