In order to have a career in the field of Pharmacy, you will have to do either B.Pharma or D.Pharma. Eligibility to seek admission in B.Pharma is as follows:
(a) Passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology from a recognised board of education.
(b) Students have to secure a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
(c) Students, those pass the three-year Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) are also eligible.
D.Pharm is a two years course after 10+2 (Science academic stream) followed by 500 hours of practical training spread over a period of 3 months.
If you meet above-mentioned eligibility criteria you can seek a career in the field of Pharmacy. By your qualifications, it is assessed that you may not be eligible for D.Pharma or B.Pharma.

There are four core branches of engineering I.e. Mechanical, Chemical, Civil and Electrical. Each of these branches has developed into specialised sub-branches. The number of engineering degrees available has increased dramatically. For example, electrical engineering is further divided in specialisations such as electronics, instrumentation, telecommunication, computer science, information technology etc. Mechanical engineering also has specialisations such production, aeronautical etc. Chemical engineering is further divided in petrochemical, polymer technology etc. Civil engineering is divided in material science and engineering, construction engineering, environmental engineering, geotechnical engineering, transportation engineering etc. Nowadays there are few multidisciplinary engineering such as biotechnology, mining engineering. Medical electronics, bioinformatics, mechatronics, automation etc.
Trends in various engineering branches scope and opportunities vary with multiple parameters such as Economic growth, Geo Politics, innovation & technology changes, shortage of skills, quality of education, changes social capital etc. Therefore, predicting trends is very difficult. Currently, the scope for B.Tech CSE and ECE graduates is highest. Mechanical engineering is the evergreen branch of engineering with not much change in scope in last 5 decades. You must choose branch of engineering based on your interests to excel.
