There are lots of entrance exams for those who want to go abroad for MS. The exams are:
1. TOFEL
2. GRE
3. GMAT
4. IELTS
After satisfying the eligibility criteria, you have to show the bank balance then only you are eligible. Along with the bank balance, you must have a passport.
There are good universities for M.Tech in India too.

Today MBA and PGDM are considered equivalent in terms of placements. But in terms of career prospects and growth MBA is a better option because PGDM is a Diploma course and MBA is a degree course and degree is preferable for government and private jobs.

With the boom in the digital world software engineering in a very good choice. You could take a Bachelor degree in computer Science, computer information systems, software engineering or mathematics. All the Bachelor courses shall be for 4 years and then you could pursue a Masters if you want to specialise further. There is also an option for associate degrees and diplomas which are for a shorter period but they don't get you a decent paying job.
The highest paying programming languages are Java, Python, R, Swift etc. SO please choose wisely the languages you would like to excel in.
