MBA programme can only be done after graduation but many universities do offer integrated BBA+MBA programme and duration is four and a half years.
Universities like IIM-Indore and Amity University offer the integrated MBA.

Yes, Pradhanya is a good publication. There is no shortcut to success. You have to make schedule & timetable for studies covering all the topics. Then take weekly mock tests. Brush-up on weak areas. VJTI, ICT and COEP are few of the best colleges in Maharashtra.

You can directly go for MBA as you are about to complete your graduation. First, you have to decide in which field you want to make career i.e. microbiology or management. Pursuing M.Sc and MBA both will not make much difference.
It would be better to go for MBA.
