Hi,
As per your query I would request you to first of all decide form where you wish to pursue your undergraduate degree.
Once decided, then you need to shortlist the universities where you wish to pursue your undergraduate degree.
After shortlisting the universities you can get in touch with the admission department (either through phone or email) of the universities, and get confirmed whether IB is eligible for pursuing undergraduate degree.
Good Luck.
All the Best.
