Generally, the mandatory subjects for applying to biotechnology/bio-engineering course are Biology, Chemistry, Physics/ Zoology. Bengal College of Engineering formerly known as BCETW is a private engineering institute located in Bidhan Nagar, Durgapur, West Bengal, India. Both the colleges are good however placements are better in Vivekananda Institute of Technology and Science, Karimnagar than Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH). It is advisable to get in touch with the current students to know more about the college before applying.

Yes, you can do B.Tech CSE but you will not get any government college. Don't lose hope because of your rank. You can apply in private colleges. You can give entrance exam as well. Find the cut-off of previous years. Surely you will get admission but I will suggest you to do well in your B.Tech because this is not a good score. Don't lose hope. Give your best.

The School of Law at SASTRA University provides 3 distinct law programmes at the undergraduate level. Admissions to the 5-year Integrated law programmes is done through marks secured by the candidate in the entrance exam (CLAT 2018)

CSE branch the placement is better as compared to others. But then I would suggest it to be an option only if there is no other NIT in your score range as exposure level is low here as compared to other colleges. But it is still good to go for if you don't have option to go to other NIT's.
