CA is a better option if you have the calibre to work hard and crack all the exams of CA.
B.Tech nowadays has become very common and has no value if you don't do it from some of the best colleges like IITs, NITs, etc.

Since you have great percentage in 12th, I would suggest you to drop as you don't deserve an average college. Moreover, work hard for it throughout the year and believe that you can make it to that.
Hence, take a drop and work for it.

No, There is a slight or no chance to get selected in IPU if you belong to a General category because last to last year, my rank was in 23k, and I didn't get any college for computer science, but you can only try your luck in offline mode to get admitted. Try other colleges for taking admissions, don't depend on IPU only.

It is not about the institute or university, it should be about your area of interest and aptitude. Figure out your aptitude and accordingly, go for a stream.

Always core branches have unlimited opportunities but the packages are less. If you are interested in opportunities then prefer core branches, else, if you prefer package, then go for CSE-related branches.

To appear in Aerospace Engineering or any of the entrance examination of undergraduate engineering courses, it becomes compulsory that the student must have passed the higher secondary school certificate examinations with the subjects specialised in Physics, Chemistry & Maths. However some courses demand the need of Biology also which may or may not be considered. The percentage requirements are conditional and they vary according to the university or college sometimes even depending on the state which you apply.

First of all, you should apply for CPT. It's an entrance exam for those who want to become a CA. As you are from the science background, I suggest you to join some coaching classes for this exam and then give the exam.

First, you have to check the cutoff the college. Or else, you will have to apply based on merit list. You will get to know whether you are eligible or not.
