Kalyani University is a government college. And, Heritage Institute of Technology is a private College. Placement scenario in heritage is about INR 3.3 lakhs per annum for CSE. I think, campus life in heritage is awesome. I think, you should choose heritage in CSE.

You have a fair chance of getting good colleges affiliated to the university but that is probably in the spot counselling process. So do watch it out for sure.

Dear Shahrukh,
It's not easily to get admission in MIT, Stanford, CalTech or Harvard etc. You need to be excellent in your field. What docs you need is, your graduation certificates, LORs, SOP, entrance Score (GRE/GMAT and IELTS if required). Firstly, apply for entrance exam, they will send you that marks to that university. (You need to apply for your side). And if they found you eligible, they will revert back to you.

Well, MBA and PGDM are the same. Some colleges come under the universities that provide MBA degree and some colleges or the same colleges have their own curriculum programme and they call it PGDM course. But these are the same courses with slight differences in curriculum.
The fees for PGDM is generally more than MBA and placements are same.
You can go for PGDM if you have slightly less score to do MBA in the same college.
