Hi, One think here to note is that, in WBJEE website which shows previous year or crores, the rank which are shown in TFW section of any stream are general ranks. All the counseling is done through general rank. So if according to your section last year the cut of CSE tfw in item was around 2100 (general rank). You won't get IEM CSE as your general rank is high. But still I can suggest you the best available college with or without TFW in you rank if you provide your general rank. Hope the answer satisfies you. Please do ask anything if you have problem. Please do upvote.

Government colleges have more reputation than private colleges. But if you are looking for good placement, then some government colleges don't provide good placements (not all of them).
And there is also mass recruitment in all colleges. So you have to be unique if you want a good package. UPES provides good placements. But mass recruitment is also present in UPES.
VM provided more than 15 LPA. Microsoft gave an offer of 11 LPA.

First of all, congratulations, your hard work pays off so you can easily get admission in DU colleges for pursuing B.Com and if you try you can get B.Com (Hons) even. There are various off campus colleges which provide various good facilities and the most important thing is choose course over college because ultimately, you will get a degree of Delhi university written on it not college name. So, sat

There are chances if you are from a reserved category, as you can avail quota system benefits. But if you are from the general category, then it is a big no, you cannot pursue B.Com from DU on a regular basis. Rather, you can apply for SOL.

It deputes efficient faculties to run the course. It can provide Hostel facility with /with out food. The most important thing which is learnt - it arrange placement for really meritorious and top class performers. In terms of course fee only it is moderate , but I have found hint of donations for each and every year from NRI and non Karnataka students. Better search more to get your information cleared.
