Seeing such a high amount of work-experience I would suggest you to go for executive mba courses offered by good institutes like IIMs, ISB, XLRI, NMIMS, etc.Even if you are targetting mid levels, you can go for SYmbiosis colleges like SCMHRD which offers 1 year post graduate courses too. Great lakes is also a very good option as it has its course curiculam aligned to ISB.

You are good enough to do self study and get sucsess. Visit ifs.nic.in and upsc.gov.in/general/ifs.htm for technical details. There may not be many coaching calsses for this and believe me you don't require it. A good self study will be good enough.

Hi,
With 15 years of education UK, would be the best study destination to pursue masters, as universities in US requires 16 years of education for admission in their masters program.
To pursue masters in US and UK, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
You can complete masters in India, and try to score 60% plus in that, and after that you can pursue MBA from UK.
I hope this answers your query.
If you like this answers, than please mark it as a Thumbs Up or rate it as a Best Answer.
