First of all, congratulations for converting PGPRM and for getting the job. However, whether to join the RM programme or not depends completely on you. If you want to build a career in Rural Management then you should definitely take up this opportunity as XIMB is very well known for its RM programme. Also, if you're willing to first make some money, get work experience and then think about joining college, even that is a wise enough decision. The final decision entirely lies on what you want for yourself. All the best for your future. Do get back to me in case of any other queries.
